Intelligence Node employees must treat one another with dignity and mutual respect at all times. All employees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects inclusion at work, at work functions on or off the worksite, and at company-sponsored events.

An employee who is found to have displayed inappropriate conduct or behavior against others can expect disciplinary action.

A supervisor or an HR representative should be notified if an employee believes they or a colleague has encountered discriminatory activity that conflicts with the company's DEI policy.
